Join us to refine your skills and improve your physical fitness through the art of boxing.

Many traditional boxing classes focus on technique without considering how the body works as a complete system. This multi-day intensive gives you the opportunity to combine Functional Patterns training with boxing, helping you learn how to move more efficiently, reduce strain, and protect your joints, whether in the gym or everyday life.

Without a strong foundation, boxing (and even everyday movement) can become compensatory: you push where you should transfer force, tire more quickly, and risk minor injuries that slow your progress.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy boxing in a safe, sustainable way.

Bring your own boxing gloves.

Why Boxing? Why Mechanics?

Boxing isn’t just about punches—it’s about rhythm, balance, timing, and control. This 9-session workshop uses fundamental boxing skills to sharpen how you move, helping you build better coordination, posture, and body awareness over time.

Movement, Not Just Muscle

Footwork, rotation, and control are trained—not just conditioning or impact.

Skill Over Speed

We slow it down to teach proper mechanics and awareness.

Long-Term Benefit

Improve posture, joint control, and coordination you’ll use beyond boxing.
